RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return any items you do not wish to keep. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

1. Condition of Returned Products:
   - Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
   - All promotional items, such as free gifts and samples, must also be returned. Failure to include these items will result in a refund not being issued.
2. Refund Process:
   Once we have inspected and approved your return, we will initiate a refund to the payment method you originally used.
   - If the value of the goods you keep falls below CHF 49, a shipping fee of CHF 8.50 will apply. If unpaid, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
3. Returns Procedure:

   You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and arranging the pick-up with the courier service.
4. Condition of Returned Items:
   If the products are not returned in satisfactory condition, we will be unable to process a refund for those specific items.
