Shipping and delivery of products within Switzerland and Lichtenstein
Once your order is completed and you receive a confirmation email, processing begins.
The products are shipped in 1-3 working days from the day the payment of the order is accepted (if your order has been placed and has been paid until 14:00 noon). All orders are processed and shipped only on business days.
- For orders with a final value of more than 49 CHF, the shipping cost is zero.
- For orders with a final value under 49 CHF, the shipping cost which is equal to 8.50 CHF, is borne by the customer. Shipping costs are displayed upon payment.
- For orders in inaccessible areas there is no additional charge on shipping costs.
- Delivery time is estimated at 1-3 working days, but may increase due to increased workload of couriers or due to delivery in an inaccessible area.

- For orders with a final value of more than 150 CHF, the shipping cost is zero.
- For orders with a final value under 150 CHF, the shipping cost which is equal to 34.90 CHF , is borne by the customer. Shipping costs are displayed upon payment.
- For orders in inaccessible areas there is no additional charge on shipping costs.
- Delivery time is estimated at 2-5 working days, but may increase due to increased workload of couriers or due to delivery in an inaccessible area.
